Aylesbury Duck Vodka (1000ml)

Produced from soft white winter wheat sourced directly from local farmers in the Western Rockies of Canada (near Calgary).

As with most spirits, only particle filtration is employed. It's a refreshing contrast to the hackneyed marketing typical of vodkas. The producers even add, "We are sorry that we don’t have a fun story about filtering through carbon, diamonds and crystal, etc. but we felt the spirit from the still was good enough without this extra step."

Tasting note: Clear. Candy floss, meringue sweets and toasted marshmallow aromas are also reminiscent of fresh baked Anzac biscuits. The sweet aromas are reflected on the palate too with distinctive Anzac biscuit flavours and a gently peppery overlay following through to a silky, toasted marshmallow fade.
