Tasting notes: Using air-dried leaves taken from Cognac's ubiquitous fig trees, Audemus have fashioned a luxurious liqueur marrying honey, fig jam and marzipan aromas and flavours with Cognac to great effect. A tiny amount of cane sugar has been added too, but not enough to overwhelm a teasing freshness at the finish. Superb. 33% Alc./Vol.
