Tasting note: Perfect clarity. Robust aromas are earthy, dried herb-like offering white pepper, root-vegetable, thyme; air contact adds citrus-peel and crushed pine needle / menthol freshness. Final pass detects bay leaf, liquorice root and delicate cinnamon. Full bodied, concentrated attack. Leads with orange pith and lime peel followed by turmeric, cardamom, liquorice root and peppery juniper to finish. Ends dry, cool-mint like, spicy, invigorating. So much happening here. Fabulous new-world gin. 50% Alc./Vol.
