7K focus on local Tasmanian and Australian ingredients. Blending Imperial mandarin, eucalyptus and lemon myrtle with wild fennel and Serbian juniper, their 'Aqua Vitae' aims to challenge the heavier gins that dominate the Australian market with a modern spirit, teasing the palate with fresh, fruity, floral notes.

Tasting note: Medium dry, expressive aromas evoking pine buds, tangerine peel and orange spice cake following in a silky-textured orris root (?) and citrus led gin with a warming, Asian spice infused and mentholated finish. Try it with Elderflower tonic garnished with a mandarin. 43% Alc./Vol.
