Certified organic, fruit was sourced from the Central ranges and Hunter Valley. Brilliant water like core with a subtle tinge of green to the edges. Aromas of tropical fruit, pear, quince and spice drift from the glass. Scrumptious tropical fruit, ripe pear and apple flavours are delivered with excellent intensity and volume across the palate. Notions of quince lie underneath. Crisp acidity with a fruit driven conclusion of ample length.
