Brilliant very pale straw colour with a greenish tint to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated lime and red apple skin aromas carry a flinty overlay followed by some dried herb and smoky mineral like notes. Concentrated lime and red apple skin flavours intermix with hints of mandarin and smoky mineral like infusions. Finishes dry and bracing with crisp acidity and a long flinty aftertaste.
