A blend of Fiano and Pinot Gris. Pale straw apricot skin tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple skin mix with hints of lime and quince. Nicely rounded mid palate feel with flavours of pear, red apple and quince to the fore. Brisk acidity finishing dry with a dash of spice on the aftertaste.
