2023 Seville Estate Regional Series Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light red hue. Showing a perfumed like intensity are fragrant scents of violets, red to dark cherries, strawberries and anise followed by some smoky dried herb and delicate forest floor notes. Delicious red cherry and strawberry fruits supplely flow across the palate with traces of anise, dried herbs, forest floor and delicate spicy cedar in the background. Excellent power and silky smooth tannins finishing long and moreish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.

Whole bunches (20%) and matured in one to four year old French puncheons. A bright crimson red. A pretty, red-fruited wine with a little spice and some rose petal aromas. The light- to medium-bodied palate is brightly fruited and juicy with good acidity and balanced, crunchy tannins.
