Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Flooding the nostrils are pear, lime and red apple aromas which meld into hints of honeysuckle and wet stone. Delicious pear and red apple fruits are delivered with terrific intensity and carry a supple feel across the palate. Lime, wet slate and mineral characteristics lurk underneath. Brisk, lively acidity finishing dry and fresh with plenty of drive.
