Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of pear skin, lime and guava are followed by fresh herb and vanillin spice notes. Scrumptious lime juice, green apple and guava fruits meld into a fresh herb and wet stone infused back drop. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and a long snappy saline laced conclusion.
