Brilliant water like colour with delicate lime green tones around the edges. Lime juice, green apple and citrus scents ascend through the nostrils with some wet steel, fresh herb and mineral notes in pursuit. Steely structured and intensely flavoured, the mouth watering palate is sculptured by laser like acidity with lime, green apple and lemon fruits the driving force. Wet steel, delicate infusions of fresh herbs and stony mineral elements linger underneath. Dry and focused it has a long, powerful lime and stony mineral laced finish.
