Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts. Pronounced lemon and lime aromas mix with green apple, talc and mineral notes. Crunchy lemon and lime fruits have a steely back drop of mineral infused acidity with some Granny Smith apple characters also evident. Finishes dry and crisp with a long zippy aftertaste.
