Matured for 11 months in French oak (26% new) with 5% whole bunch inclusion in the ferment.
Dark red core with black toned edges and a vibrant light red hue. Fragrant dark cherry, strawberry and violet scents intermix with subtle anise, fresh herb and spicy cedar notes. Lighter in body and showing greater elegance than past vintages, cherry and strawberry fruits are featured over subtle anise, infusions of fresh herbs and spicy cedar. Fine grained tannins finishing with ample freshness on the mid length aftertaste.
