Includes 15% whole bunch with maturation taking place in French oak (10% new) for a period of 10 months. Semi translucent ruby red colour with a light red tinged hue. Spicy red cherry, rhubarb and dried clove aromas intermingle with forest floor and brambly cedar notes. Delicious red to dark cherry and spicy rhubarb flavours are layered across the palate with a supple feel. Dried herb, forest floor and brambly cedar characters ensue. Good underlying freshness with polished tannins and a savoury finish.
