A water like core is surrounded by greenish tinged edges. Lifted pear, lime and green apple aromas infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some stony mineral notes. Zippy pear, green apple and lime fruits drive the mouth watering palate with an undercarriage of stony mineral elements. Good intensity finishing dry, crisp acidity providing the aftertaste with plenty of zest.
