Bright straw colour with gold tinged edges and a watery hue. Subtle aromas of dried apple, baked pear and mandarin mix with some quince and spice notes. Crisp apple, pear skin and quince flavours are underpinned by zippy saline laced acidity with some citrus, mandarin and delicate nut characters meandering across the back half. Finishes very dry with an electric and tangy feel to the finish.
