2022 Nature of the Beast Barbera

Matured in seasoned barrels for 6 months. Very deep dark red black colour with a bright purple red hue. Nosing reveals attractive scents of dark plum, dark raspberry, liquorice and blueberry which are married to vanillin earth and spice notes. Delicious dark plum, liquorice and blueberry fruits have a juicy feel with notions of earth and vanillin spice lingering on the back half. Possesses fresh acidity, silky tannins and a vibrantly fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
