Brilliant water like colour with highlights of green around the edges. Leaping from the glass are intense lime, lemon and orange rind scents followed by green apple, distinct talc and subtle steely mineral notes. Searing across the palate with terrific force and laser like precision are concentrated lemon, lime and green apple fruits. Crunchy mouthfeel with notions of orange rind, chalky talc and minerals also present. Fantastic power with crisp, racy acidity providing structure. Concludes very long and super scrumptious.
