Dense pitch black colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Heady blackberry and liquorice aromas mix with hints of choc mint, vanillin cedar and spice. Rich liquorice, blackberry and plum fruits are layered across the medium to full bodied palate with ample flesh. Spicy vanillin oak and peppered fennel elements lurk underneath. Fine grained tannins finishing fresh yet dark to black fruited with a dash of mint lingering through the aftertaste.
