2022 Laroche Chablis Les Chanoines

Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime and pear infused with a mix of oyster shell and wet slate like notes emanate from the glass followed by some delicate fresh herb and mineral notes. Zippy lime and green apple fruits are underscored by flinty acidity with some oyster shell and slatey mineral characters lingering through the back half. Finishes dry with a river stone like mouth feel and a refreshingly long mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
