Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinged outskirts. Distinct lime and Granny Smith apple scents jump out of the glass followed by hints of orange rind and steely mineral notes. Racy lime and red apple fruits decorate the palate with some honeysuckle and infusions of orange blossom also apparent. Crisp mouth-watering acidity finishing dry with a zippy mineral laced aftertaste.
