Brilliant water like colour with a lime green tinged outskirts. Intense lime zest and lemon aromas dominate the nose with some orange rind, chalky talc and steely mineral notes also present. Zippy lemon and lime flavours intermix with Granny Smith apple, hints of mandarin and steely mineral characters. Tightly wound it finishes dry and zesty with crunchy acidity and a tense racy aftertaste.
