Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Elevated lime, red apple skin and citrus aromas are trailed by hints of honeysuckle, mandarin and slatey mineral notes. The palate is greeted with crunchy lime, red apple and citrus fruits which overlay a delicate honeysuckle, wet stone and mineral back drop. Crisp acidity with a taut yet texturally pleasing feel. Finishes long, dry and electric with a lingering saline like minerality.
