Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Dark to black cherry aromas mix with anise, scorched earth and dried herb notes. Light to mid weight the palate features juicy dark to black cherry and anise flavours over scorched earth, dried herbs and spice. Fleshy mouth feel with slightly chewy tannins and a ripe medium length finish.
