2022 Domaine Collotte Cuvee de Noble Souche Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Bright dark red purple in colour with black shaded edges and a youthful red purple hue. Blossoming out of the glass are violet, ripe red cherry and strawberry scents which intermingle with earth, fresh herb and spice notes. Delicious juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits have a light, fresh feel across the palate with some inky earth, fresh herb and spice elements lying underneath. Polished fine grained tannins are nicely integrated with the fruit. Lively acidity provides some crunch to the savoury, red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
