Unwooded Chardonnay. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and nectarine aromas show good elevation out of the glass with notions of bees wax, nougat and lemon butter also chiming in. Rich fleshy pear and ripe peach fruits carry good textural volume with tropical fruit like characters, nougat and lemon butter lying underneath. Nicely shaped it finishes medium to long, full and round.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
