Fermented in a combination of small French oak barrels and stainless steel tank. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. White peach, melon and nectarine scents are trailed by some subtle spice. The fruit driven palate sees ripe nectarine, melon and citrus fruits hold sway over a lightly spiced back drop. Good flesh to the mouthfeel finishing dry and crisp with a vibrant aftertaste.
