2021 Tiefenbrunner Merus Weissburgunder Pinot Blanc

Brilliant pale straw colour with a very distinctive glimmer of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Pear, lime and green apple scents infused with fresh Mediterranean herbs are followed by slatey mineral like notes. Delicious pear, juicy apple and lime fruits fill the mouth over a back drop of fresh herb infusions, wet slate and minerals. Beautifully shaped and concentrated it finishes dry and slightly tangy. Crisp acidity with a long slatey mineral laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
