2021 Tenafeate Creek Wines One Tree Hill Basket Press Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Matured in French oak barrels. Impenetrable inky black heart with a very deep black dark red hue. Intense ripe blackcurrant and mulberry aromas intermix with some liquorice, cigar box, black olive and spicy dried herb notes. Rich, concentrated and dense in its texture and volume the full bodied palate is awash with ripe blackcurrant and mulberry fruits. Notions of cigar box, liquorice, black olive and infusions of bay leaf lie underneath. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins provide good structure. Concludes long and spicy. A rich, bold Cabernet blend.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
