They’re making scintillating chardonnay at Sailor Seeks Horse. This has cut and drive but texture and flavour as well. It’s spot on. Lemon curd, nectarine, honeysuckle and custard powder flavours push convincingly through the palate. There’s both a squeakiness and a confidence about this. It’s lovely. Drink 2024 - 2033
