Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus, nectarine and green apple meld into wet slate and mineral notes. Mid weighted with a texturally polished feel, the palate has a Chablis like flavour profile, citrus, pear and spicy green apple overlaying a stony mineral backdrop. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an elegant stony mineral infused aftertaste.
