2021 Punt Road Gamay

Matured for 9 months in old puncheons with an even mix of whole bunch and whole berry ferments. Vibrant red to dark red colour with black shaded edges and a light purple red hue. Fragrant violet, ripe red cherry and raspberry scents are infused with clove, earth and spicy herbs. Juicy red cherry and red raspberry fruits are underscored by crunchy like acidity with traces of earth, dried herbs and spice also chiming in. Finishes fresh with polished tannins and a savoury red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
