2021 Pindarie Western Ridge Shiraz

Super saturated inky black colour with an equally deep black dark red hue. Wafting through the nostrils are red to dark plum and liquorice scents infused with blackpepper which are complimented by some dried meat, vanillin cedar and spicy dried herb notes. Rich fleshy textured dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits are interwoven with earthy graphite like characters, black olive, toasty vanillin cedar and dried meats. Opulent mouthfeel with a muscular tannin structure imposing itself on the long robust blackpepper infused finish.
