2021 Pala Centosere Cannonau di Sardegna

Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a reddish hue. Spicy red raspberry and red liquorice aromas infused with a mix of Mediterranean herbs and graphite are followed by some peppery end notes. Light in body the palate has a juicy fruit profile of red raspberry and red liquorice which melds into an earthy graphite and peppered herb back drop. Fresh acidity and faintly chalky tannins with a delicious red fruited white pepper laced conclusion that’s both long and elegant.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
