Matured for 12 months in French oak. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and pear mix with hints of dried honey, melon and cinnamon spice. Mid weighted the elegant fruit driven palate has flavours of peach, pear and melon sitting over a back drop of cinnamon, biscuit and spice. Finishes with good freshness and a medium length aftertaste.
