2021 M. Chapoutier Bila-Haut Cotes du Roussillon Villages

Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and dark raspberries intermix with liquorice, subtle earthy dried herb and peppered meat notes. The fleshy mid weighted palate features cherry and dark raspberry fruits over subtle liquorice, earth and spicy dried herb characters. Slightly chewy tannins with a spicy ripe berry aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
