Impenetrable inky black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced freshly crushed blackberry and liquorice scents are followed by some dark plum, vanillin cedar, inky earth and spice notes. Plump blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits are delivered with excellent richness yet also have an underlying freshness. Subtle earth and spicy vanillin cedar elements lie underneath. Velvety yet structural tannins finishing bright and generously fruited.
