Black as night at its heart with a deep dark red black hue. Nosing offers up aromas of liquorice and black cherry with some vanillin oak and spice also chiming in. Rich, juicy black cherry and liquorice fruits carry plenty of body weight with vanillin cedar and peppered fennel characters lying in the background. Ripe, slightly chewy tannins with youthful acidity and a generous mid length finish.
