2021 Hugo Family Estate Shiraz

Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense blackberry, liquorice and dark plum aromas flood the nostrils followed by hints of vanillin cedar, mocha and spice. Medium to full bodied and possessing a silky texture the palate is amply endowed with blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits. Spicy vanillin cedar, subtle dark chocolate and dried herb elements linger underneath. Seamlessly integrated, velvety tannins lend a very polished feel to the long sumptuous yet refined finish.
