Matured for 9 months in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, pear and citrus aromas are married to light dried honey, cashew and gun flint notes. Delicious nectarine, grapefruit and subtle citrusy honey flavours overlay a stony mineral like back drop. Finishes dry with vibrant acidity and a fresh refined aftertaste.
