Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and red apple are intermeshed with hints of honeysuckle, quince and almond. Ripe and full the palate is decorated with pear, Jonathan apple and quince flavours with some almond and saline like characters lingering underneath. Brisk acidity counterpoints the voluminous feel. Finishes dry with a fruity saline laced aftertaste.
