2021 Colle Corviano Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

A dense inky black core shows terrific colour saturation along with a deep dark purple black tinged hue. Lifted ripe morello cherry and liquorice scents mix with dried clove, earth and spice notes. Rich, chewy and youthfully bright, juicy dark and morello cherry fruits meld into liquorice, infusions of clove and spicy earth. Vibrant acidity and firm tannins impart a grippy feel onto what is otherwise a generously fruited finish.
