Certified biodynamic, this is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe peach and lime scents mix with spicy Jonathan apple and subtle wet stone notes. Luscious in its feel the mouth is filled with intense ripe pear, apple and lime fruits which are followed by a dash of cinnamon spice on what is a relatively fullish and textured finish. Sufficient acidity for now with a ripe stone fruited aftertaste.
