Produced from the grape Carricante. Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear and spicy peach aromas combine with some quince, wet slate, dried nut and subtle ginger notes. Light in body but texturally rounded the palate features pear, red apple skin and quince flavours over a dry stony back drop. Crisp acidity with some delicate salted nut characters lingering on the light, very dry saline finish.
