2021 Battle of Bosworth Shiraz

Certified organic. Impenetrable inky black dark purple colour with a very deep dark purple black tinged hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries infused with graphite are followed by some liquorice, dark plum and white pepper notes. The rich, large scaled palate is awash with blackberry, liquorice and dark plum fruits. Providing a robust framework is a muscular tannin structure and bright youthful acidity. Vanillin cedar, fennel and blackpepper characters lie underneath. Excellent concentration and power with a long sternly built finish.
