Matured in barrel for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated grapefruit and green apple scents mix with nectarine, gun flint and faint lemon butter notes. Nicely rounded on the palate and possessing excellent intensity, vibrant flavours of nectarine, fleshy pear and dried honey meld into light biscuity oak, cashew and infusions of gun flint. Fresh acidity underpins the fruit and it concludes long, refined and elegant.
