2020 Staffelter Hof Paradies Riesling Feinherb

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish highlights to the edges. Aromas of lime, orange blossom and red apple are trailed by delicate honeysuckle and flinty mineral notes. The light, elegantly framed palate features lime, red apple and honeysuckle flavours over a sprightly mineral infused back drop. Finishes dry to off dry with zingy acidity and a racy aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
