Impenetrable inky black heart with a very deep black dark red hue. Wafting from the glass are dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas which intermingle with vanillin cedar, earth and pepper. Rich, full in body and opulent the palate is flush with lavish dark plum, liquorice and black cherry fruits which overlay toasty vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper characters. Plush mouthfeel with sturdy yet velvet like tannins. Amply powered it finishes long and seductive.
