Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated plum, red liquorice and dark cherry aromas are complimented by dried herb, subtle scorched earth and spice notes. Juicy plum jam, liquorice and morello cherry flavours are underpinned by traces of earth and cinnamon spice. Fleshy mid palate feel with slightly chewy tannins. Some dried herb characters lingering on the mid length finish.
