Matured for 9 months in French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Scents of nectarine and grapefruit intermix with citrus, faint nougat and gun flint. Vibrant grapefruit and nectarine flavours grace the light to medium weighted palate with subtle citrusy nougat and flinty mineral characters following up the rear. Dry crisp like finish with a lively yet elegant aftertaste.
